what do we do if our project isn't delivered in 3-4 months?

First, don't panic! We promise you have not been forgotten. Lauren is the sole editor of our company, and crafting each wedding film by hand takes time. On average, Lauren spends 50 to 60 hours on a single highlight film, and additional time is required to compile your "raw" footage edits. These films are built from the ground up with your love story as the inspiration. Editing is a labor of love, but it's work that Lauren is truly passionate about. We know that when you do receive your film, it will be 1000% worth the wait!

How will we receive our film? 

Your wedding will be hosted on its own bespoke Vidflow website. We customize each gallery with a unique URL, photos, and videos, so it truly feels like yours. Vidflow makes watching, downloading, and sharing your wedding film easy. If you want a physical memento of your day, you can use our affiliate link to The Motion Books for your very own coffee table video player!

How do you choose the Music?

We refer back to your Story Research Questionnaire and notes from our pre-wedding calls. Some of you may have even provided us a Spotify playlist for inspiration! All of this is carefully studied during the music selection process. We pay for music licensing rights through Musicbed, and use this extensive and ever-growing library to make the perfect soundtrack for your wedding film.

can we request edits?

If you are unhappy with your film in any way, we want to make it right. We will provide one round of edits free of charge. Out of respect for clients that are waiting patiently for their projects, we require that any editing requests be made within one week of delivery. Any additional changes beyond this first round will incur an editing fee. 

how can we share to social media?

At the top right of your Vidflow gallery is a button that will allow you to download "original" and "mobile-friendly" versions to any device. If you are downloading to your phone, we highly recommend using the "download mobile-friendly version" option. As a small business, word-of-mouth referrals are everything!
